# Token Utility

* LendFi ***tokens will be used as a means of payment for platform fees, such as transaction fees and loan origination fees.***
* LendFi ***tokens will be used as collateral for loans.***
* ***Lenders will be rewarded with*** LendFi ***tokens as a percentage of the interest earned on the loans they provide to borrowers.***
* ***Borrowers will be incentivized to repay their loans on time by receiving discounts on interest rates and loan origination fees when paying with*** LendFi ***tokens.***
